TLT™ Building Panels
….offer builders and tile contractors a strong, lightweight, waterproof, and vapor-resistant tile base for wet areas. It is an XPS foam panel manufactured with a proprietary blend of synthetic polymer mortar and an alkali-resistant fiber mesh. This gives it a highly rigid structure and exceptional bonding strength. Available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses for varied use
TLT™ Curbs
….ready-to-install, pre-waterproof curb is made of a lightweight foam, and is manufactured out of the same foam as the TLT™ Building Panels, with a proprietary blend of synthetic polymer mortar and an alkali resistant fiber mesh, making these curbs strong and durable. Designed to integrate with TLT™ Shower Systems, the shower curb is load-bearing and heavy-duty, and can be tiled upon to create a completely waterproof design. If a longer curb is required, combine and join multiple pieces with TLT™ Seam Tape and Waterproofing Membrane. If a shorter curb is required, simply cut this curb down with a sharp razor blade knife.
TLT™ Niches
….are prefabricated, ready to be installed within the wall of your shower. These niches are thin, ultra-lightweight, waterproof and vapor-resistant. Additionally, the niches are manufactured out of the same foam as the TLT™ Building Panels with a proprietary blend of synthetic polymer mortar and an alkali-resistant fiber mesh, making them strong and durable.
